argument parsing given there apply here too.
@inlineifset{var, text}Process the Texinfo text if the flag var is defined.
@inlineifclear{var, text}Process the Texinfo text if the flag var is not defined.
Except for the syntax, their general behavior and purposes is the same
as with @ifset and @ifclear, described in the previous
section.
