Method Stdio.Terminfo.getFallbackTerm()

Method getFallbackTerm: Termcap getFallbackTerm(string term)
Description: Returns an object describing the fallback terminal for the terminal term . This is usually equvivalent to Stdio.Terminfo.getTerm("dumb") .
