Description

Gives back a mapping from continent name to an array of the countries on that continent.

The continents are:

    	  "Europe"
    	  "Africa"
    	  "Asia"
    	  "North America"
    	  "South America"
    	  "Oceania"
	  "Antarctica"
	

Note

Some countries are considered to be on more than one continent.
