Method CompilationHandler()->compile_error()

Method compile_error: void compile_error(string filename, int line, string msg)
Description: Called by compile() and cpp() when they encounter errors in the code they compile.
Parameter filename: File where the error was detected.
Parameter line: Line where the error was detected.
Parameter msg: Description of error.
