Description [src]

Create a new tag object.

Parameters

`tag_name`	`const gchar*`
	The tag name.
	The data is owned by the caller of the function.
	The value is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
`target`	`GgitObject`
	A `GgitObject`.
	The data is owned by the caller of the function.
`tagger`	`GgitSignature`
	A `GgitSignature`.
	The data is owned by the caller of the function.
`message`	`const gchar*`
	The tag message.
	The data is owned by the caller of the function.
	The value is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
`flags`	`GgitCreateFlags`
	A `GgitCreateFlags`.
`error`	`GError **`
	The return location for a `GError*`, or `NULL`.

Return value

Returns:	`GgitOId`
	The id to which the tag points, or `NULL` in case of an error.
	The caller of the method takes ownership of the data, and is responsible for freeing it.
	The return value can be `NULL`.
