Iterated hash base class.

Template Parameters
T_HashWordTypeHash word type
T_EndiannessEndianness type of hash
T_BlockSizeBlock size of the hash
T_BaseHashTransformation derived class

IteratedHash provides a default implementation for block-based iterated hashes
