Interface for crypto material.
GeneratableCryptoMaterial() is an interface for crypto material, such as private keys and crypto parameters. Derived classes offer public methods such as GenerateRandom() and GenerateRandomWithKeySize().

If a derived class does not override GenerateRandom(), then the base class throws NotImplemented.
