4.2.9 ‘-c’: Set global language to C

Usually the global language (Languages) is set to C by means of the command ‘@c’ in limbo, rather than using ‘-c’ on the command line. However, one may need to use the command-line option ‘-c’ if a subsequent command-line option is language-dependent. See, for example, the discussion of the option ‘-D’ in -D_.
