This is mainly a bug fix release.
Experimental annotation support (DocBook 5)
enabled when the annotation.support paramater is set to 1. The
annotation support is only for PDF output.
Some setup.py improvements and bug fixes, thanks
to Max Horn's feedbacks (Fink packager).
Some minor improvements (doc.toc.show and
draft.mode parameters added).
A number of bug fixes.
