Send whois command.

	void send_whois(
		const std::string& nickmask);

	void send_whois(
		const std::string& server, const std::string& nickmask);

	void send_whois(
		const std::list<std::string>& nickmasks);

	void send_whois(
		const std::string& server, const std::list<std::string>& nickmasks);

Parameters:

nickmask: Nick to retrieve information about
server: Server to query.
