This tutorial was created in hope that it would make starting with Atlas-C++ fairly straight forward. I hope that it will help you to become more confident with the library.

Prerequisites

In order to use this tutorial, you will need:

• The latest version of Atlas-C++ - you probably have this already if you have this tutorial. Download.
• libsocket++, a socket library that provides iostream-derived sockstreams. Download.
