The ToCback element is a chapter-level ToC element
for back matter (Bibliographys, Indexs, and so on).
Formatted as a displayed block.
In real life, ToCs are usually generated automatically
by the presentation system and never have to be represented explicitly
in the document source.
The InterfaceDefinition
element will be discarded in DocBook V4.0. It will no longer be available
in the content model of this element.

Label specifies an identifying string for presentation purposes.
Generally, an explicit Label attribute is
used only if the processing system is incapable of generating the label
automatically. If present, the Label
is normative; it will used even
if the processing system is capable of automatic labelling.
Linkend points to the associated back matter element.
PageNum indicates the page on which the
element of backmatter appears in some version of the printed document.
