◆ iviscv

integer, save iviscv

additional property:

  • 0 indicates that the volume viscosity is constant and equal to the reference volume viscosity viscv0.
  • 1 indicates that the volume viscosity is variable: its variation law must be specified in the user subroutine cs_user_physical_properties.

Always useful. The volume viscosity $\kappa$ is defined by the formula expressing the stress:

\begin{eqnarray*} \tens{\sigma} = -P\,\tens{Id} + \mu (\grad\,\vect{u} + \ ^{t}\ggrad\,\vect{u}) +(\kappa-\frac{2}{3}\mu)\,\dive(\vect{u})\,\tens{Id} \end{eqnarray*}
